DESCRIPTION OF QUALITIES

FOUNDATIONS
Ground and walls are made of reinforced concrete, according to instructions of EHE. Water proof insulation and drainage in the walls of the cellar.

BUILDING WORKS
Façades: Outside made of solid bricks plastered on the inside with cement mortar, polyurethane foam projected “in situ”, air chamber and a partition wall of double perforated bricks finished with plasterboard or similar.
Inside walls: The inside walls are made of double perforated bricks covered on both sides with plasterboard or similar to achieve good results. Partition walls are half foot of solid sound proof bricks covered on each side with a wall of double perforated bricks.

TERRACES
Pergolas of treated laminated wood. Tap on all main terraces. Drainage runs inside rain gutters. Latticework screen made of solid brick to ensure a better privacy.

FLOORINGS

ELECTRICITY
